About the Role
The Trading Executive position involves actively promoting and selling solar and electrical products by cultivating and managing strong partnerships with dealers and distributors. The focus lies in driving sales growth, preparing quotations, facilitating order processing, and meeting predefined sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain productive relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Drive product sales within the solar and electrical segments.
- Prepare and distribute price quotations to dealers.
- Follow up on dealer inquiries to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Address dealer questions and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals and provide regular sales reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any field of study.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or managing dealer networks.
- Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Additional Information
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
