About the Role
Join the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) team in New Zealand as a Trade Marketing Manager for the Licensed channel, focusing on retail and on-premise liquor sectors. This position supports the Commercial Excellence function and serves as an essential link between Marketing and Sales to ensure effective activation across mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, RTDs, and premium full-bottle spirits. Based in Auckland, this full-time onsite role reports to the Trade Marketing Lead - Away From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of ongoing communications and marketing toolkits for the Field Sales team, maintaining consistency and high execution standards.
- Collaborate on developing sell-in materials tailored for head office customers.
- Define the Picture of Success in-store, including range planning, merchandising, and point of sale displays.
- Coordinate and deliver a calendar of brand activations alongside Brand and Licensed Sales teams to promote market presence.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are experienced Trade or Shopper Marketers with approximately five years of FMCG industry experience, preferably within the New Zealand market. They possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, are proactive, customer-focused, and capable of delivering projects on time and to exacting standards. Alignment with channel strategy and commercial goals is essential.
