Tour Manager (m/w/d)

About the role

GOLDBERG Entertainment Group AG is looking for a Tour Manager to oversee live event and tour operations on site in Cologne. The role focuses on keeping touring activities organized, coordinating people and processes, and ensuring events run smoothly from setup to wrap-up.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on-site operations so that event execution stays on track.
• Serve as the main point of contact for promoters, technical teams, and artists.
• Create practical execution plans that translate tour requirements into smooth day-to-day delivery.
• Monitor setup, teardown, and all technical show processes.
• Make sure venue, technical, and scheduling requirements are met.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and with a solution-focused approach.
• Align the work of internal teams and external partners.
• Keep all stakeholders updated on preparation progress and event operations.
• Represent the company professionally at the event location.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and record important learnings.
• Recommend improvements for future tours.

Candidate profile

• You bring strong organizational ability and can stay structured and calm even when things get hectic.
• You communicate confidently with promoters, artists, and teams.
• Experience in the events industry, ideally in event management, tour planning, or a similar role, is preferred.
• You are willing to travel frequently and adapt to changing situations.
• You work in a practical, hands-on way and can think creatively when challenges arise.
