What the Role Involves

• Work with the teaching team to create a safe, warm, and engaging space for infants to learn and grow.
• Share daily progress and meaningful milestones with parents and caregivers.
• Support and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Observe each child’s interests and needs, prioritize safety, and enrich playtime with language, toys, and interactive activities.
• Serve as a positive example for young children in daily interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications
