About the Role

Bubba’s 33, which is part of the Texas Roadhouse family of brands, is hiring a To-Go Roadie in Texarkana, TX. This position supports carry-out service by delivering the same high standard of food quality and guest experience that dine-in customers receive. What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests warmly when they place or collect takeout orders and close the interaction on a positive note.
• Handle incoming calls with polished phone etiquette and take orders accurately.
• Know the menu well enough to enter orders correctly and answer questions.
• Pack takeout orders carefully, keeping them organized and accurate.
• Coordinate with back-of-house teammates to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Work with restaurant managers to provide realistic quote times for order completion.
• Use online and mobile ordering platforms confidently.
• Process To-Go transactions, including sales, gift card purchases, and cash or card payments, through the POS system.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Contribute to a team-oriented workplace and support teammates as needed.

Requirements

The role calls for someone who is organized, accurate, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to learn ordering systems and handle payments correctly.
