About the Role

This position is focused on supporting TikTok Shop operations while delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for customers. The company is seeking someone who is careful, self-directed, and quick to act, with the ability to handle support tasks and keep online store operations running efficiently from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer conversations across TikTok Shop, chat, email, and phone, making sure replies are timely and accurate.
  • Support customers with product questions, order placement and processing, tracking updates, return requests, and problem resolution.
  • Keep product listings, stock information, and order statuses current within the TikTok Shop system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and a positive customer experience.
  • Keep up to date with TikTok Shop rules, platform changes, and available tools to improve store results.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or customer service; TikTok Shop experience is an advantage.
  • Comfort using order management systems and online storefront platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and collaborate well with others.

Work-from-Home Requirements
