Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator

Overview

TalentPop is hiring a proactive and highly organized Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to support its remote operations team. In this position, you will help keep fulfillment activities running smoothly, coordinate shipment schedules, stay in touch with suppliers and warehouse partners, and support efficient day-to-day logistics handling. Impact of the role

In this role, you will help products move from supplier to customer accurately and without unnecessary delays. Your work will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and support brand growth by improving the reliability of the fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Track orders from the time they are placed until delivery, making sure details remain accurate and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and shipping partners to clear issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, keep availability information current, and identify low-stock or backorder risks.
• Respond quickly to fulfillment mistakes, shipping delays, and product mismatches.
• Prepare recurring reports on fulfillment progress, shipping outcomes, and inventory patterns.
• Look for ways to simplify logistics workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfillment, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities with the capacity to juggle several priorities at once.
• Clear communication skills for working with internal colleagues and outside partners.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, order management platforms, or inventory tracking software.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical problem-solving approach suited to remote work.
• Applicants must have their own PC or laptop with adequate processing capability.
• A dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed is required.
