About the Role
Join an energetic and friendly fashion retail team as a Third Key Holder. This role supports all visual merchandising and marketing strategies and partners closely with management to ensure efficient daily store and stockroom functions. When leadership is away, the Third Key Holder takes charge of all operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations—including opening, closing, cleanliness, stocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision—in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Create an inviting and knowledgeable environment for customers by greeting and assisting them throughout their visit.
- Handle sales transactions at the point of sale.
- Comply with all company policies and standards.
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining adherence to company procedures as outlined in the employee manual.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by Store Management.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in retail.
- A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional sales abilities and customer service skills.
- Strong capabilities in time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
- Confidence in delegating responsibilities and owning tasks.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members inclusively and positively.
Physical Demands
- Capability to stand for long periods and safely use ladders.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise or fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds throughout the store.
Availability
- Willingness to work during days, evenings, and weekends as required.
Compensation
The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.45 to $18.95 per hour, subject to updates in accordance with minimum wage adjustments.
