Role Overview
The school is looking for Trained Graduate Teachers for all subjects who bring 3 to 5 years of experience in progressive school settings. Key Responsibilities
- Manage teaching duties while maintaining strong learning quality and productivity within the available workload and time.
- Support the implementation of NEP 2020 and strengthen teaching-learning practices through relevant skills and competencies.
- Help drive academic excellence by promoting progressive pedagogy, innovative student-centered methods, and effective execution at the ground level in line with NEP 2020 and NCF.
- Adapt to existing progressive teaching practices, digital tools, and technologies used by the school.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of systems, processes, and policies, and guide the team in following them consistently.
- Work on independent and collaborative research initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with the leadership team for monthly reviews and strategic planning.
- Support the professional development of colleagues within the department.
