PSI Services LLC, a global leader in testing solutions, is seeking a full-time Test Center Administrator (Exam Proctor) at their Macon, GA location (6394 Zebulon Road, Suite 102). This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring exam integrity and providing test takers with a professional and seamless experience. This entry-level position offers training and is ideal for individuals who prioritize accuracy, excellent customer service, and maintaining a calm environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and orient test takers by explaining the testing processes clearly.
- Authenticate identification documents and enforce stringent exam security measures.
- Prepare testing stations and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Monitor examinations attentively, ensuring adherence to PSI policies.
- Conduct opening and closing routines, including light cleaning such as workstation sanitization.
- Work with internal departments, including IT, to address any technical challenges at the test center.
- Assist test takers requiring accessibility accommodations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent credential.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Prior customer service experience is favored; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain composure and handle sensitive situations under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with computers; familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Physical capability to stand or walk for approximately 40% of the work shift.
- Strong commitment to exam security and compliance standards.
