This Territory Sales Manager role is a field-based opportunity focused on expanding retail execution and strengthening brand visibility across the assigned markets.
Work location and travel
This position is based in the field and requires coverage of assigned markets in Tampa, Florida; Orlando, Florida; St. Petersburg, Florida; and Pensacola, Florida. It is a driving role, so a valid U.S. driver’s license is mandatory and candidates must successfully clear an MVR screening.
Position summary
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will represent the CELSIUS brand across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service accounts. The role centers on improving sales performance, building distributor relationships, and driving strong in-store execution. You should be prepared for a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with roughly 12 to 15 store visits each day.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen “perfect store” execution by growing SKU distribution, shelf placement, displays, and promotional activity.
- Put the brand’s sales strategy into action across retail accounts in the assigned territory.
- Complete account reviews, identify opportunities, and capture insights through CRM tools.
- Work closely with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account visits.
- Assist with regional sales programs as assigned by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
- Join weekly sales meetings to review results and set next-step goals.
- Track and communicate performance against daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in consumer goods sales, ideally in beverage, distributor sales, or a similar field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR check.
- Strong commercial judgment with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Comfort working directly with customers every day in person.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present to groups and engage with larger peer audiences.
- Working familiarity with CRM platforms and field sales reporting tools.
- No people management responsibility for this role.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000, plus incentives. Depending on company plans and candidate profile, additional compensation may include bonuses and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; short-term and long-term disability; life insurance; 10 vacation days per year subject to accrual policy; 11 company-paid holidays; a 401(k) with company match; and identity theft and legal services.
