Role overview
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join its Away From Home team in Palmerston North. In this position, you will represent the company across your customer territory, act as the main point of contact for customer needs, and deliver consistently strong service. Most of your day will be spent travelling across the territory, visiting customers on a regular schedule and helping drive sales growth in each outlet. The role requires travel every Monday to Taihape. This is a permanent, full-time position.

You will work with a driven and competitive team focused on exceeding targets while maintaining a positive and energetic environment. The role centres on increasing sales volume, improving product range, making sure stores are well executed, and partnering with customers to grow both their business and the company’s. You will also look for fresh opportunities, with a strong emphasis on winning new business. Success in this role depends on your ability to sell strategically, understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and turn opportunities into measurable results.

You should be comfortable adapting to changing demands, working in a busy setting, and building relationships with a wide range of customers. Strong planning, efficiency, flexibility, and the ability to work independently are important, as is a willingness to support the wider team and contribute to shared success. FMCG experience is not essential, but it would be an advantage. Proven sales and customer service experience in a fast-moving environment is required.
