Job Overview
As a Territory Manager, your primary goal will be to expand and strengthen the sales and distribution channels within your assigned region. You will focus on boosting the number of SIM and data sales outlets, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and tailoring sales strategies based on market demographics.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and reinforce the sales and distribution networks by increasing SIM and data selling points to the fullest extent possible in the designated territory.
- Ensure that current customers receive adequate service and support.
- Analyze market demographics to design sales strategies aligned with customer segments.
- Manage fundamental distribution metrics including channel profitability and satisfaction.
- Implement ongoing relationship management initiatives by engaging retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSE) effectively and continuously.
- Enhance value for partners such as distributors, retailers, and FSEs through structured marketing and merchandising efforts.
- Prepare timely and detailed market intelligence reports capturing evolving customer trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with the network team to understand and improve mobile network quality within the territory.
