Role Summary

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Tendering Specialist in Chennai. The role is centered on handling the complete tender cycle, from proposal development and procurement coordination to ensuring every submission meets the required standards and timelines. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, to spot opportunities, shape strong bids, and keep deliverables aligned with business objectives.

Location: Thalambur, Chennai

Work mode: In-office

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Notice period: Immediate joining only

Key Responsibilities

The specialist will take ownership of end-to-end tender activities, maintain compliance with tender specifications, and support bid planning and execution. The role also requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, contributing to procurement efforts, and managing several projects at the same time while ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.

Required Background

Candidates should have hands-on experience in tender management and tender preparation, along with a solid understanding of procurement processes. Experience in sales-driven bid development, project coordination, and working with multiple priorities is important. Strong analytical ability, organization, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are expected. Exposure to the technology, drone, or aviation sector will be considered an added advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
