About the Role
NextTrade Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Ambernath near Mumbai, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their Sales & Client Acquisition team. This office-based role pivots on engaging potential clients via calls, presenting company services, generating leads, scheduling demonstrations, and successfully converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to new prospects and articulately describe the company's offerings.
- Create interest around demo sessions and set up client meetings.
- Conduct prompt follow-ups with prospects using phone and WhatsApp communications.
- Keep meticulous daily records of calls and track lead progression.
- Identify client needs accurately and provide appropriate guidance.
- Convey fundamental details about demat accounts, trading, and automation software according to company training.
- Respectfully manage objections and persuade clients towards demo appointments or account registrations.
- Collaborate with senior staff to facilitate client conversions.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with all clients throughout interactions.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is between 14000 and 45000 INR per month, based on experience and performance.
