Telesales Agent - Two-Wheeler Loan

Role overview

Krazybee Services Private Limited is looking for a telesales professional to sell two-wheeler loan products from its Bangalore location in Hoodi, opposite Tata Showroom, Brookfields Road, Doddanekundi, Phase 2, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560048.

What you will do

• Reach out to potential customers by phone to present and market two-wheeler loan offerings.
• Walk prospects through loan features, eligibility rules, document needs, interest charges, and repayment schedules.
• Track and nurture leads until they are converted and the loan is disbursed on time.
• Keep yourself informed about lending policies, product updates, and market movements.
• Work with on-field sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations to close leads successfully.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Record customer details accurately and keep CRM entries current.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of telesales experience in two-wheeler loans or personal loans.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities in any two of these languages: English, Kannada, or Telugu.
• Hindi knowledge will be an additional advantage.
• A customer-first approach along with strong problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience using CRM software and MS Office.
• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Candidates should be below 30 years of age.

Compensation

The role offers a salary of up to 5 LPA, along with incentives. The stated monthly range in the listing is INR 35,000 to INR 41,000.
