Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Service Associate for its Service Centre team. The resort is part of Shangri-La Group, a hospitality brand that emphasises sincere care, mutual respect, and a warm team culture. What you will do

  • Provide guests with clear, polite, and helpful telephone support to create a positive service experience.
  • Handle incoming guest requests by phone quickly and professionally, ensuring enquiries are addressed efficiently.
  • Answer guest questions accurately and coordinate with the right departments so service is smooth and timely.
  • Use the PABX telephone system to direct calls appropriately and keep communication channels running effectively.
  • Work closely with colleagues to uphold strong guest service standards and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
