What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and respond to their needs with clear, friendly communication.
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to standard recipes or customized requests.
- Handle cash and support store safety, security, and operating standards.
- Move between different tasks throughout the shift as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment.
Experience and Qualifications
No prior work experience is needed for this role.
- Be dependable with regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Follow store policies and quality standards for beverages, food, cash handling, and safety.
- Communicate in a pleasant and effective way with customers.
- Be able to quickly learn and follow both spoken and written instructions, asking for clarification when necessary.
- Work well with others and build strong working relationships.
