Role and Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with new and existing prospective clients.
• Clearly present and explain photography packages and offerings.
• Identify customer needs and respond to their inquiries effectively.
• Arrange appointments and studio visits for interested clientele.
• Keep customer records updated and monitor lead statuses consistently.
• Collaborate with sales and photography teams for smooth coordination.
• Meet daily targets for calls and follow-ups.
• Develop strong client relations through courteous and professional communication.

Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; English communication is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy including use of MS Office or Google Sheets.
• Positive demeanor with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Polished and polite communication style with customers.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred though fresh candidates with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed monthly compensation ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000.
• Performance incentives of 5% on every converted lead, capped at ₹20,000 per month.
