Job description
About the Role
This position, Executive – Inside Sales, is based at the Talaghattapura campus in Bangalore and reports to the Team Lead of Inside Sales. The primary responsibility is to contact parents of students preparing for their 10th Board exams to understand their educational goals and introduce Deeksha’s academic programs. The role involves counseling parents and persuading them to visit the campus and participate in the admission entrance test for PU 1 at Deeksha.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to parents of 10th-grade students.
- Assess parents' academic expectations for their children.
- Explain and promote Deeksha’s academic offerings effectively.
- Encourage visits to Deeksha’s campuses and participation in entrance exams for PU 1 admission.
Eligibility Criteria
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Kannada.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
