Role Summary
This is a full-time telecalling position based in Gurgaon for a fresher. The role is centered on booking appointments for medical tests and using dialing software effectively. It does not include any sales targets or sales-related work.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects by phone to schedule appointments for medical tests.
- Use and manage dialer software in an efficient manner.
- Handle calling tasks without any sales involvement.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates with no prior experience. Applicants should be able to communicate in spoken English and Hindi and be comfortable working with MS Excel.
Compensation
The annual salary for this role is between ₹2,00,000 and ₹2,40,000.
