United Paper Inc seeks two Telecalling Executives based in Bengaluru to support both existing customer relations and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Existing Customer Executive: Engage current customers to assess product satisfaction, identify future needs, generate repeat orders, capture complaints, maintain CRM records, and manage quotations and dispatch coordination.
- New Business/IndiaMART Executive: Promptly respond to new inquiries, comprehend product details and quantities, qualify potential leads, provide approved quotations, follow up until initial order placement, and update CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is essential, with fundamental English and basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Experience in telecalling or B2B sales is advantageous; however, fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- No fieldwork involved as position is office-based.
