Job description
Role Overview
This opportunity is with Indiabulls Group, a major name in financial services. The role sits within the telesales function and focuses on engaging with leads that are already qualified, then helping customers find suitable financial products.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to both prospective and current customers to present financial product options.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and support them through the selling journey.
- Work only on pre-qualified, interested leads; cold calling is not part of the job.
- Pass suitable leads to the sales team whenever required.
- Keep customer and performance information updated in CRM systems.
- Handle domestic market calls in a fixed day-shift, office-based setup.
Work Schedule
The role follows a 5.5-day work week, with Sundays plus the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays off. Pick-up and drop are available from the nearest metro station.
Experience and Education
Applicants can be freshers or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in telesales, loans, or mortgage sales. Candidates who are undergraduates but have relevant experience are also eligible. Graduates, postgraduates, and MBA holders with a background in sales or finance are preferred.
Skills and Profile
You should bring strong persuasion and selling ability, good English communication, confidence, energy, and a presentable personality. Comfort with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools is also important.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary package is in the range of INR 2,50,000 to INR 3,75,000 annually, along with attractive incentives. Benefits include ESIC, PF, gratuity, group insurance, and performance-linked monetary incentives.
