- Review business processes in detail, identify improvement opportunities, and shape solutions that can scale across enterprise applications.
- Serve as the main contact for service and change requests, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

- Run workshops, meetings, and presentations to share insights, recommendations, and proposed solutions.
- Keep process, system, and enhancement documentation accurate and up to date.
- Assist with delivery planning, tracking, and monitoring to help initiatives stay on schedule.

Candidate profile
The ideal hire will bring background in business analysis or IT applications, along with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and testing approaches. Strong problem-solving skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels are essential. Experience with enterprise applications is important, and exposure to logistics, cargo, or operational settings would be an advantage. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred. The role also requires clear written and spoken communication, plus the ability to juggle several priorities in a multi-country setup.
