Role Overview
This dynamic position combines sales and marketing-driven systems engineering with a core focus on managing and evolving the company's CRM system, specifically Salesforce, along with business and process automation for East Africa's largest real estate project.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer the strategy for developing and deploying the Rendeavour CRM system.
- Integrate marketing campaigns within the CRM platform effectively.
- Analyze consumer behavior using data from Rendeavour's digital platforms.
- Implement suitable new CRM tools aligned with Rendeavour's business needs.
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of CRM databases.
- Lead efforts to enhance business efficiency through software engineering solutions.
- Plan and carry out digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, setting clear and measurable objectives.
- Deliver weekly updates to the company website featuring news, events, and images.
- Regularly distribute monthly newsletters using Mailchimp and the CRM system.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests on all digital platforms for Tatu City, measuring their outcomes.
- Identify emerging digital trends to optimize online spending and campaign performance.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic and improve user engagement and design, aiming to reduce bounce rate.
- Monitor and review new digital marketing technologies to keep the company ahead in the field.
Qualifications & Skills
- Possess Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator credentials.
- Demonstrated capability in web or app development.
- Experience working within digital marketing environments.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
