Technical Trainer – Water

Job Summary

The Technical Trainer – Water position entails conducting specialized technical training sessions and overseeing participant progress. The role includes managing training environments, updating instructional materials, and continuously enhancing the quality of training delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and educational programs.
• Assess and evaluate trainee performance.
• Plan and organize training resources, including equipment and materials, and facilitate training activities.
• Maintain training facilities and resources to ensure readiness and quality.
• Lead, guide, and mentor trainees throughout the training process.
• Develop and refine training courses and methodologies to improve effectiveness.
• Certify trainees following thorough assessment and evaluation procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement teams to uphold ISO, Risk Management, and ISMS certifications.
• Ensure all departmental operations comply with health and safety regulations set by the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Master’s degree or at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in training methods, specifically a Training of The Trainer credential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering role, with at least 1 year in training and development.
