Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Technical Support Executives to join our team supporting one of the world's leading PC and laptop manufacturing brands. The role involves handling customer calls related to complaints and providing troubleshooting assistance for technical issues on PCs and laptops.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers addressing their technical problems with PCs and laptops.
- Provide effective troubleshooting and solutions within company guidelines.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an IT background will be preferred.
- Undergraduates with at least six months of technical work experience are also eligible.
- Proficiency in English with good speaking and comprehension skills is required.
Work Schedule and Location
- Work shift consists of 9 hours per day scheduled within a time window of 9 AM to 9 PM.
- Employees receive one random weekly day off.
- Work location is at Ashar IT Park, Jayshree Baug, Road No. 16/Z, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604.
Salary and Benefits
- Compensation package totals 26,000 INR per month as CTC.
- Take-home pay is approximately 21,000 INR after statutory deductions such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
