About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Supervisor to lead field service activities across Saudi Arabia for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment. This role involves overseeing installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily technical operations including installation, commissioning, and repair of commercial kitchen and laundry machinery.
- Provide expert technical guidance to service technicians handling complex equipment issues.
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out on schedule.
- Carry out equipment inspections and confirm the quality of repairs prior to customer handover.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer requirements and internal service protocols.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
- At least 10 years of practical experience with commercial kitchen and laundry equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or related technical fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, steam, hydraulic, and electronic control systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair commercial kitchen and laundry machinery.
- Capable of reading and understanding electrical wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
- Valid Saudi Arabia driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the country.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple service assignments simultaneously.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position requires frequent travel across Saudi Arabia to support field operations.
