Our multidisciplinary team of software, hardware, and manufacturing engineers leverages modern user experience design and data science to break traditional barriers and advance innovation by providing manufacturing engineers with collaborative and predictive data tools that improve hardware quality and delivery.

About the Role

We seek a Technical Recruiter to lead the complete hiring process for our key technical positions, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers. You will also assist with recruitment in corporate roles like Sales, Finance, and Operations. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and executives to refine recruitment strategies and ensure the acquisition of top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical vacancies including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to articulate role needs, develop evaluation scorecards, and establish hiring standards.
  • Actively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and relevant communities rather than relying on incoming applications.
  • Oversee structured interviewing and lead calibration sessions among diverse teams.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) integrity by monitoring pipeline status, conversion metrics, and time-to-fill.
  • Present First Resonance authentically to candidates, clearly communicating our mission, culture, and growth prospects.
  • Support recruitment in corporate functions when workload permits.
  • Contribute to building our employer brand through crafting job descriptions, outreach messages, and interview guides.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, either in-house or agency.
  • Experience recruiting in regulated or technologically demanding industries such as aerospace, defense, energy, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record filling roles like software engineers and product managers.
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing and pipeline building.
  • Proficiency managing ATS and leveraging recruitment data to optimize processes.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills that leave candidates with a positive recruitment experience.
  • Adeptness in navigating ambiguity typical to startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience for Forward Deployed Engineers or comparable client-facing technical roles.
  • Involvement in developing recruitment frameworks including scorecards and interview kits.
  • Familiarity with technical assessment tools.

Additional Information
