About the Role
As part of Noel Leeming within The Warehouse Group, this role sits in a fast-moving technology and appliances environment where customer experience is central. The Services team supports customers with end-to-end solutions, including live demonstrations, advice, troubleshooting, delivery, installation, and setup in homes, workplaces, and stores.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, puts customers first, communicates clearly, and can solve problems with a proactive, can-do approach.
Working Arrangement
The role is based at the Noel Leeming Northlink store in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. Working days are Wednesday to Saturday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm, for a total of 42 hours per week.
Key Duties
The position focuses on helping customers choose and use technology solutions effectively, while delivering a high level of support throughout the service journey.
What You Need to Bring
You should be comfortable working with technology, dealing with customers, and resolving issues confidently. A willingness to keep learning through onsite training and accreditations is also important.
