Job Overview
This role focuses on enhancing the quality of business Management Information Systems (MIS) and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to support retention and cross-selling activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and regulate MIS data effectively.
- Map client cases and monitor their resolution progress.
- Generate leads and engage with lead sources.
- Provide and collect reverse feedback for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to track retention cases.
- Verify documentation related to retention efforts.
- Handle escalation management efficiently.
