  • Stay alert at all times to detect possible risks, threats, or weak points.
  • Work strictly within the company’s security policies, procedures, and directives.
  • Deliver security coverage at residences, offices, and other domestic locations as required.
  • Support the design of the operating model and SOPs so that key operational steps are properly built in.
  • Provide dependable protection to promoters during both private and public events or functions.

Security Operations

  • Keep daily records and submit reports on routine activity, incidents, and any abnormalities to the Executive Protection Lead.
  • Use available security technology efficiently and follow all protection protocols.
  • Screen and verify visitors at all locations using the information provided.
  • Carry out anti-sabotage checks and protection scans for assets related to promoter security.
  • Support route checks, travel-security drills, and crowd-management activities.
  • Maintain round-the-clock protection coverage through trained security personnel.
  • Include route reconnaissance, route auditing, security protocol review, and safe asset evacuation in travel-security planning.
  • Adopt modern security tools for tracking, communication, interpretation, and protection, including weapons, to strengthen internal processes and technology use.

Security Strategy and Emergency Response

  • Apply pre-planned protection measures such as escorting individuals, monitoring movement, and ensuring safe transport.
  • Be prepared to activate emergency evacuation or safety procedures immediately when needed.
  • Suggest practical improvements to enhance security operations and processes.
  • Execute crisis, emergency, or incident response plans quickly and appropriately.
  • Take part in contingency planning, crisis-management drills, and exercises.

Crisis and Incident Management

  • Respond quickly and decisively to security incidents, threats, or breaches to reduce risk to people and assets.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Protection Team, local police, and emergency responders during critical situations.
  • Prepare detailed post-incident reports covering actions taken, outcomes, and recommendations for future improvement.
  • Provide timely and adequate response during crises, emergencies, and incidents.

Stakeholders

Internal stakeholders include Executive Protection Team members such as agents, officers, drivers, and doctors, as well as facility management teams. External stakeholders include law enforcement agencies, local communities, vendors, and service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Basic Security Officer Training (BSOT) or an equivalent credential are expected. Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable using security tools and protocols. The role calls for 5+ years of experience in security services, law enforcement, or the military, along with practical exposure to surveillance, patrolling, and emergency-response procedures.
