Tortilla is hiring a Team Member for its Leeds Bond Street location on a permanent contract. The role is open to both part-time and full-time working arrangements. Pay is £12.71 per hour, with wages issued every two weeks.

You’ll represent the business on the front line and help create the friendly, energetic atmosphere the brand is known for. The team serves fresh Californian Mexican food and places strong emphasis on quality ingredients, authentic preparation, and a welcoming guest experience.

Key duties

The role involves working as part of the restaurant team to deliver great service and support smooth day-to-day operations. Depending on your background and interest, you may work in customer-facing service or behind the scenes with food preparation and kitchen support.

Who they want

Previous experience in hospitality or fast food can help, but it is not essential. This could suit someone starting their first job or someone with experience as a Pot Washer, Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, Prep Chef, Commis Chef, or Line Chef who wants to continue in a food-prep environment or move into customer service through cross-training.
