As a Team Manager and Senior Talent Agent, you will merge leadership, coaching, and strategic talent management skills to unlock your team's potential.
The position focuses on strengthening team dynamics, elevating performance, and generating enduring value for creators, clients, and the enterprise. You will serve as both mentor and active talent professional, striking a balance between managing a team and contributing directly to sales and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and support a team of talent agents to enhance their skills, confidence, effectiveness, and accountability.
- Hold regular one-on-one sessions to deliver feedback, career coaching, and strategic advice.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals, operational priorities, and performance targets.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training to build a robust and capable team.
- Develop tailored growth plans and facilitate ongoing reviews and goal-setting.
- Foster a collaborative, continuously improving, and high-performing team environment.
- Maintain direct involvement in managing talent relationships and driving revenue via sales contributions.
- Exemplify strong client service, negotiation, relationship management, and business development expertise.
- Identify and implement enhancements for team workflows and efficiency.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and development-focused workplace culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to team members, helping them overcome challenges and leverage opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator management, entertainment, sports, or related fields.
- Proven background in leading, mentoring, or coaching junior team members.
- Deep understanding of talent representation, relationship building, and the creator economy.
- Strong record of building trusted relationships with talent, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capability to motivate teams and improve performance.
- Experience delivering constructive feedback, goal setting, and employee development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- An entrepreneurial approach with proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to impact sales results and business growth while managing team duties.
- A passion for mentoring and empowering others to thrive.
- Prior exposure to fast-growing agencies or startups is an advantage.
