About The Role

Partnering closely with the Store Manager, this role involves full responsibility for both business outcomes and team performance, driving growth and success within the luxury retail setting. The ideal candidate should possess commercial acumen with familiarity of the luxury market and local retail dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the sales team through coaching and tailored training to meet individual and group objectives.
• Fostering client relationships and expanding business opportunities.
• Taking a frontline role in sales activities and managing floor leadership to inspire performance.
• Overseeing store operations to maintain high standards.

Candidate Profile

The successful Team Manager will ensure every client receives an exceptional shopping experience. By implementing visual merchandising strategies, clienteling techniques, training initiatives, and team motivation, they will drive business and product success.
