Role Overview
The Lede Company is seeking enthusiastic assistants to support publicists in our Los Angeles office. This role is ideal for driven individuals with strong communication and writing abilities who thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of administrative tasks, including calls, emails, scheduling, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.
- Orchestrate logistical details for client-related events such as photo shoots, press junkets, and premieres, including travel and grooming arrangements.
- Maintain and update digital press kits.
- Facilitate client visibility through digital media placements.
- Address and fulfill client requests promptly.
- Provide coverage and support for clients as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Public Relations or Communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, networking, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individuals capable of multitasking.
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a high sense of urgency.
- Strong command of writing and proofreading.
- A professional, confident, and mature demeanor.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
- A genuine interest in the entertainment industry.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Requirement to work in the office four days per week.
