Role Overview
The Talent Partner is tasked with managing inclusive and structured recruitment across specific teams, exceeding traditional recruiting by acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. This role involves defining desired outcomes, facilitating evidence-based hiring, and guiding managers through the hiring process to ensure confident decision-making. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire hiring cycle from workforce planning to offer negotiation, while balancing business objectives with candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify organizational needs, future skill requirements, and workforce plans.
- Conduct recruitment kickoffs to establish clear expectations, hiring criteria, and timelines among stakeholders.
- Provide market insights, evidence-based hiring recommendations, and constructive feedback.
- Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
- Create standardized hiring materials such as interview plans, scorecards, and assessment tools to ensure consistency and inclusivity.
- Lead evidence-based candidate evaluations, challenge biases, and maintain compliant applicant tracking system records.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies that build diverse candidate pipelines utilizing professional networks, referrals, and inclusive outreach methods.
- Enhance candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, respectful engagement, and transparent process updates.
- Analyze recruitment data to adjust strategies, report on metrics, and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
- Support smooth new hire transitions through collaboration with onboarding teams and identification of process gaps.
- Contribute to Talent team's initiatives including recruitment practice development, employer branding, and technology adoption with responsible AI usage.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably within internal Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experienced in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates across diverse roles and seniority levels.
- Proven ability to build proactive talent pipelines using networking platforms and referral systems.
- Skilled in partnering with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and implement hiring strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
- Adept at managing offer processes and facilitating professional negotiations.
- Committed to delivering equitable, inclusive, and engaging recruitment experiences.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, notably Workable, and strong record-keeping proficiency.
- Knowledgeable about employment law, fair hiring practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities to juggle multiple simultaneous recruitments.
- Strong communication skills for engaging and influencing hiring managers and candidates.
- A collaborative mindset capable of offering strategic insights and challenges constructively.
- Experience within healthcare, health tech, SaaS, digital products, or mission-driven fast-growing organizations is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary offered for this position can reach up to $80,000, with final pay determined by education, experience, skills, and alignment with role requirements.
