Role overview
This remote Talent Operations Manager role is focused on coordinating high-volume onboarding, managing distributed talent communities, and helping enterprise customers achieve strong outcomes across AI-related deployments.
What you'll do
- Oversee onboarding for large cohorts, keeping the process efficient, structured, and timely.
- Set up and manage distributed talent pools that contribute to AI training and data operations.
- Develop dependable relationships with enterprise clients and maintain ongoing trust.
- Spot possible blockers early and work through them quickly and effectively.
- Support successful customer outcomes by tracking performance across active AI deployments.
- Prepare and share weekly reports on progress, performance, and milestones with clear takeaways.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience working in remote or geographically distributed environments.
- Excellent written communication skills with a clear, organized style.
- Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to take full responsibility for outcomes.
- Confidence in managing large groups of 100+ contributors.
- Comfort working with dashboards, KPIs, and performance analysis to understand operational health.
Additional information
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States. Compensation is listed at $70,000 to $110,000 per year.
