The Role

This position allows you to manage your existing roster of talent while leveraging Three Roads' shared infrastructure, established brand relationships, and team synergy. We handle the operational heavy lifting, including deal tracking, contract management, payment processing, and administrative workflows, enabling you to concentrate on nurturing your talent, cultivating brand partnerships, and securing new opportunities. This role is structured as a growth opportunity, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as your client base and revenue increase. You will begin with a competitive commission-based structure tied to the profit you generate, with a clear trajectory towards full-time employment as the business expands.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and expand your roster of creators, creatives, or other talent categories.
• Develop strategic monetization plans and long-term career trajectories for your talent.
• Initiate, negotiate, and finalize brand partnerships and campaign agreements.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow Three Roads managers for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Utilize our integrated systems for efficient deal tracking, contract management, payment processing, and reporting.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners.

Who You Are

• Possess prior experience in managing creators, influencers, talent, or models.
• Maintain an active roster of talent or possess established relationships that can be integrated into Three Roads.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in negotiating brand deals and generating monetization opportunities.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a relationship-focused approach.
• Are comfortable working autonomously within a supportive, team-oriented structure.
