This contract opportunity is for a highly adaptable Talent Attraction Partner supporting a Sales Recruiting team in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. The role blends active sourcing and candidate engagement with strong operational, analytical, and enablement responsibilities. Roughly 30% of the work focuses on sourcing and candidate interaction, while around 70% centers on data analysis, reporting, competitor intelligence, and improving team performance.

You will work closely with Talent Delivery Recruiters to build thoroughly evaluated candidate pipelines and help the wider talent attraction function operate with accuracy, insight, and scale.

Sourcing and candidate engagement

  • Identify, approach, assess, and maintain relationships with strong sales candidates through inbound applications, referrals, internal mobility, and outbound search.
  • Run structured evaluations to confirm fit with the job, company values, and business needs.
  • Keep candidate pipelines up to date in the CRM and ensure timely follow-up with a positive candidate experience.
  • Work with Talent Delivery Recruiters to move qualified candidates through interview, coaching, and offer stages.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to agree on target profiles and sourcing approaches.

Competitor analysis and market intelligence

  • Create and maintain a consistent process for gathering competitor and market intelligence to guide hiring and sourcing decisions.
  • Monitor competitor hiring activity, pay ranges, location patterns, and developments in talent acquisition technology.
  • Translate findings into practical recommendations for TA leaders and business partners to support workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Share market intelligence regularly across the talent attraction team.

Data analysis and reporting

  • Support TA reporting standards and help maintain clean, consistent data across sourcing and hiring tools such as Excel, Tableau, HRIS, and CRM systems.
  • Develop, manage, and improve Tableau dashboards that give recruiters, sourcers, and leaders useful insight.
  • Simplify reporting workflows to improve self-service access, transparency, and data-led decision making across talent acquisition.

Activations, branding, and marketing

  • Assist leadership with driving attendance and engagement for recruiting events and other key activations.
  • Track event results, pipeline contribution, and return on investment to support future event planning.
  • Handle communication around activations so that visibility stays aligned with the broader TA strategy.

Enablement and training

  • Partner with leadership to build a culture of continuous learning through enablement sessions, brown bags, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Spot opportunities to improve sourcing practices and recommend tools, resources, and methods that strengthen team capability.
  • Encourage consistent and scalable sourcing and assessment practices across the team.
