Overview

We are seeking a Talent Associate Partner for a 4-month contract role to support the North America Talent Acquisition team remotely. This position involves overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients, focusing on attracting and selecting candidates with sales experience. The role demands collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to outline job specifications and candidate qualifications.
  • Leverage data and current market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Perform comprehensive candidate screening to ensure alignment with client expectations and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate interview processes by guiding both hiring managers and candidates to ensure effective assessments and positive experiences.
  • Manage offer discussions and negotiations to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
  • Establish and nurture candidate relationships to build a strong future talent pipeline.
  • Support diversity recruitment initiatives by engaging in targeted sourcing efforts and promoting inclusivity throughout hiring stages.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and recruitment best practices to enhance processes and candidate experience.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives supporting client goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a full-cycle Talent Advisor or Partner.
  • Proven ability to operate as a consultative advisor, driving recruitment outcomes effectively.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree with no required prior experience; or Associate's degree plus 2 years relevant experience; or High School Diploma/equivalent with 4 years relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation abilities to manage offer processes successfully.
