Role Overview
This opening is for a Talent Advisor to support hiring for SSG in Bangalore. The role covers full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions and is best suited to someone who already uses AI as part of everyday recruiting work to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete hiring process, from initial job understanding through to final offer acceptance.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, priorities, and role expectations.
- Find candidates through multiple sourcing channels and maintain healthy talent pipelines.
- Apply AI tools to strengthen sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting activities.
- Spot opportunities to improve recruiting speed and efficiency through automation or lightweight AI-driven workflows.
- Monitor hiring progress and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Help deliver a smooth, professional, and positive experience for candidates.
- Keep up with market movements and emerging recruiting practices.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 4 years of background in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Practical experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong command of end-to-end hiring processes.
- Regular hands-on use of AI tools in daily work, such as prompting, research, and content generation.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, including automation and AI agents.
- Ability to create or work with simple AI-powered workflows and tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to a fast-moving or international work environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics or dashboards.
- Interest in testing new tools and improving hiring processes.
