About AIR Communities

AIR Communities is a leading multifamily real estate operator based in Denver, Colorado, managing a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential properties across major markets nationwide. Our corporate culture is grounded in values such as integrity, respect, collaboration, customer focus, and performance. We foster a workplace environment where dedicated professionals thrive and career advancement opportunities abound.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, onsite operations support roles within our Denver Tech Center offices. This position demands a recruiter skilled at identifying dependable candidates for fast-paced, operational environments. The role requires daily onsite presence and is not available as remote work; candidates must either reside in Denver or be willing to relocate with a reasonable commute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for frontline positions including hourly operations, administrative support, field, facilities management, property management, retail, hospitality, and logistics roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to define hiring needs, job requirements, scheduling, commute expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and sustain a strong local talent pipeline through diverse sourcing methods including referrals, job board postings, school and community partnerships, and direct outreach.
  • Assess candidates for attributes such as reliability, motivation, schedule fit, proximity to the workplace, and long-term potential.
  • Maintain a rapid yet quality-driven recruitment process ensuring effective communication and precision in hiring decisions.
  • Create clear, targeted job advertisements optimized for platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as pipeline robustness, outreach activity, candidate quality, and hiring results.

Candidate Profile

  • At least three years of recruiting experience with a focus on hourly, frontline, operational, or administrative support functions in sectors like property management, hospitality, retail, or logistics.
  • Demonstrated professional consistency, commitment to results, and strong partnerships in recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering qualified candidates beyond just volume of applicants.
  • Exceptional sourcing techniques and screening abilities to identify top talent effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, spreadsheets, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Willingness to embrace evolving recruiting tools, including AI technologies.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prioritize candidate fit, reliability, motivation, and sustainable employment success.
  • Understanding of the dynamics of hourly recruitment, attendance expectations, schedule management, and onsite work challenges.
  • Capable of managing multiple hiring requisitions efficiently without compromising candidate experience or data accuracy.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range of $78,000 to $85,000 annually with an additional target bonus of 10% based on performance and experience.
  • Enjoy a 25% discount on rent at any AIR community, subject to rental application and eligibility requirements.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, including company-paid short- and long-term disability coverage and options for HSAs and FSAs.
  • 401(k) retirement plan featuring up to 6% employer matching contributions.
  • Paid time off comprising vacation days, sick leave, and 14 paid holidays.
  • Parental leave of up to 16 weeks to support family growth.
  • Educational assistance including tuition support and reimbursement for job-related certifications, plus ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Additional perks such as 15 hours of annual paid community service time, commuter benefits, pet insurance, and various consumer discounts.

Additional Details and Application Process

The application deadline is August 4, 2026, though applications received later may be considered until the position is filled. A thorough pre-employment screening process includes reference checks, a four-panel drug test (excluding marijuana), employment verification, and a criminal background check. AIR Communities is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and prohibits discrimination of any form.
