Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will identify and engage suitable candidates, evaluate them through screening and initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process between applicants and hiring teams. You will also keep candidate information and recruitment activity updated in the ATS, while working closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and improve job criteria.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placement. Comfort with ATS platforms and recruiting tools is important, along with strong communication skills for dealing with candidates and internal stakeholders. The role also calls for the ability to manage several open positions at once, maintain accuracy, and use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search methods effectively.
