Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle all facets of the recruitment lifecycle, mainly focusing on sourcing medical providers across various specialties along with office staff. This position demands knowledge of effective recruitment methods within the healthcare sector, particularly targeting providers serving long-term care facilities, and the ability to establish rapport and clear communication with prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily recruitment activities for The MedElite Group and its partners.
- Manage a portfolio of open job requisitions according to assigned roles.
- Deliver ongoing administrative support throughout the candidate recruitment process.
- Serve as the key liaison for external recruiters handling assigned job openings.
- Maintain precise and current candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, with a preference for healthcare staffing.
- Proven project management skills, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from initiation through completion.
- Experience overseeing talent acquisition workflows.
- Strong communication abilities, providing excellent candidate service and engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively with a keen sense of urgency.
- Capability to cultivate strategic partnerships internally across departments.
