This position is based in Berlin and is initially a fixed-term contract until November 2027.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the full-cycle recruiting process for specialists and management, from defining needs to contract finalization.
- Conduct active sourcing and headhunting through platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and industry-specific channels.
- Develop and maintain talent pools, business networks, and cultivate long-term candidate relationships.
- Advise departments and hiring managers on role requirements and market potential.
- Create innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Utilize modern recruitment tools and social media channels effectively.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our employer reputation.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, or Communications.
- Minimum of five years of experience in corporate in-house recruiting or personnel consulting for corporations, preferably with a focus on sales and commercial roles for specialists and management.
- Proficient in active sourcing, direct approach, and talent acquisition methodologies.
- Confident demeanor with strong communication skills and interpersonal understanding.
- Structured, proactive work approach with a high standard for quality.
- Excellent German language proficiency and fluent English communication skills.
