Centerguard (m/w/d)

Overview

Securitas Germany is looking for a qualified, service-minded security professional with a passed Sachkundeprüfung to join a site in Hofheim am Taunus, Hessen. The role is full-time and starts as soon as possible.

Working hours

You will work in rotating shifts between 11:00 and 24:00, Monday through Sunday.

Key duties

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees.
• Carry out access checks as well as routine patrols and inspection rounds.
• Identify theft-related incidents, document them, and prepare reports or complaints.
• Enforce site rules and house regulations.
• Coordinate with the police in the event of security-relevant incidents.
• Maintain incident logs and complete reporting for special occurrences.

Required qualifications

• Completed Sachkundeprüfung under Section 34a GewO is mandatory.
• Fire safety assistant and first-aid certificates are expected.
• Strong German language skills in speaking and writing at at least B2 level; English is an advantage.
• Good service orientation and a sharp eye for detail.
• Clean police clearance certificate.
• Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Reliability, accountability, and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and willingness to work shifts.
