Kanadevia Inova is a green-tech company and a subsidiary of the Kanadevia Corporation. It is recognized globally for delivering integrated solutions that support the energy transition and the circular economy, with a strong emphasis on Energy-from-Waste (EfW) and Renewable Gas (RG). The corporate headquarters is in Zurich, Switzerland.

Its subsidiary, Kanadevia Inova BioMethan GmbH, designs and manufactures modular plant technology for producing biomethane and/or recovering CO2 from biogenic gases such as biogas, sewage gas, landfill gas, or flue gases. The Zeven site in Lower Saxony, located centrally between Hamburg and Bremen, has around 160 employees.

Role overview

To support the Talent Acquisition team, the company is looking for a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for a fixed term of 9 months. The position can be based in Zeven, Schwandorf, or Hohenthurm.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from the initial kickoff through to the job offer stage.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and act as a strategic advisor on recruitment approaches, target profiles, and sourcing strategy.
  • Plan and coordinate all hiring activities, including interviews, communication, and process tracking, to help fill roles quickly.
  • Reach out proactively to candidates through multiple channels, especially social media and direct sourcing.
  • Recruit skilled blue-collar professionals, such as mechanics, electricians, and service technicians.
  • Organize and run recruitment events such as job fairs, apprenticeship fairs, and local hiring campaigns aimed at blue-collar audiences.
  • Ensure internal recruitment processes are followed and relevant data and metrics are maintained accurately.
  • Work closely with P&C, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders.

Your profile

  • You bring several years of professional experience, including at least 3 years overall and at least 2 years in recruiting within an international environment, ideally in an industrial setting.
  • You have proven success recruiting skilled trades and technical blue-collar talent.
  • You have experience planning and delivering recruitment events and audience-specific hiring campaigns.
  • You are confident in active sourcing, including the use of social networks and building talent pipelines.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a clear service mindset and customer orientation.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and resilient way, with high quality standards and strong intercultural awareness.
