Job description
Role overview
GoGlobal is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, and pipeline building for both specialised and high-volume hiring needs across global markets. The role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify needs, attract strong candidates, and deliver hiring outcomes across multiple functions and regions.
This position calls for solid stakeholder management, strong market-mapping ability, and the confidence to run hiring activity across diverse international locations.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of proactive sourcing and focused candidate outreach to develop reliable talent pipelines across the US, EMEA, and APAC, especially for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Use a mix of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, talent communities, and social platforms to identify and engage strong candidates.
- Run recruitment end to end, from requisition briefing through to offer acceptance, supporting both large-scale hiring and specialist searches.
- Review, assess, and communicate with candidates while maintaining a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, share market intelligence, and shape effective recruitment plans.
- Develop and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships while providing regular progress updates and hiring insights.
- Assist internal mobility efforts by spotting and supporting opportunities for current employees to move into new roles.
- Keep recruitment information accurate in the ATS, track hiring metrics, and contribute to process improvements and greater efficiency.
- Ensure all recruitment activity follows company policy and relevant local employment rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 to 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an in-house team, RPO, or agency setting.
- Proven ability to source directly and headhunt for specialised, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience handling large-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Track record of recruiting across international regions, including the US, EMEA, and APAC.
- Strong stakeholder management and business-partnering skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced global environment.
