Talent Acquisition Specialist, APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for Retail and Operations teams including Customer Experience and Logistics across the APAC regions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and meet hiring deadlines.
• Actively source and engage prospective candidates through various channels and direct outreach methods.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that aligns with Castlery's values and standards.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, communicate timely updates, and utilize metrics to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate conversion rates.
• Promote Castlery's employer brand positively within the market and contribute to building a strong talent attraction presence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of comprehensive recruitment experience, ideally handling high-volume roles.
• Proven ability to manage full hiring cycles for both frontline positions (retail, warehouse) and office/corporate roles.
• Proficiency with diverse candidate sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of fostering relationships with candidates and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• A data-oriented and goal-driven approach with adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.
• Prior exposure to international collaboration involving multi-time zone and diverse culture stakeholders is highly desirable.
